Meet Kona!

The newest member to our family!  Meet Kona! 

The kids are so excited to have another dog.  It seems like he'll be a really good fit for all the kids and that Hurley will also like having the company around.  Randy especially is VERY excited....he stayed up until 2:30 am last night/morning trying to get Kona to sleep in his own bed which might I say was unsuccessful.  He and Camryn are going today to get him groomed and all cleaned up.  He has a pretty laid back personality but is constantly moving around quite a bit just checking out his new environment.  We've only heard him bark a few times and it was a very low (not annoying) bark, so that's great.  He does growl if he feel uncomfortable with anyone but it's not a mean growl and the previous owners say that he's never nipped or biten anyone.   

It's going to be a very big responsibility and very different having two dogs instead of one, but we're excited for the joy it will bring to the kids and I'm excited for the joy it'll bring Randy!  =)
