We began this porch project a few weeks ago, probably three weeks ago now.... It started out a bit different than what we ended up with because we decided not to put back the railings on the porch. As you can see from the pic below, the front steps were decaying badly, the Quaking Aspen tree is gone along with a few of the bushes, there are new flower window boxes, the old ugly garage door is gone and replaced with windows (LOVE this update to our house) and we have a beautiful new door with storm door which was desperately needed. Not only will we have a much better insulated door but the look is so different.
There's several more things that need to be done, touch up stuff, but we finally got the rest of the trim on the columns so I thought it was time I get this posted. I'm so, SO excited!
