Sometimes

Thoughts:

Our first BBQ of the season!  I cannot tell you how much I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the summer months!  Planting flowers, being outside, seeing lush green-ness around me.  Randy has been helping me do LOTS of projects around the house, alot outside too!  (I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE My Randy!) Anyhow, we decided it would be nice to have some family and friends over just to spend a little time enjoying our hard work on the yard.  Welcome to Summer (almost)!!

Randy's really good friend Victor and his girlfriend Jenilyn.

Dave.... Even the big kids LOVED shooting hoops on the trampoline!

Seriously, smooth moves!

Air Jordan?

Dave, Randy's twin brother.

Late Night Drive

One late, warm spring night, on the way home from picking up Mckelsie and Jayden from their Dad's house, we decided to take a detour up by the state capitol and take some pictures.  We've been trying to figure out how to use our new camera we got in December for our wedding and that night was a perfect night!  We still have quite a bit to figure out though.....

Lazy Morning

One Sunday morning, a few weeks ago, we were so lazy!  Jayden beat me up with a pillow, we hung out (all seven of us, plus Hurley!) in Jayden and Carter's room for nearly an hour and marked every one's height on the door molding.  Later, we made our "traditional" Sunday morning breakfast, that we have down to a science, everyone having their part in it's creation.

Mckelsie is the tallest of the girls at 5'8", then Mom at 5'6 1/2 and Camryn trailing at 5'6".

Randy, aka: Cool Dad is barely taller than Brendan!

Carter has a little ways to go to catch up with Jayden!

Randy and the kids are teaching Hurley some really fun dog tricks!  The kids (especially Randy) are LOVING it!!!

Hash browns, french toast, scrambled eggs and sausage is our menu every "Family Sunday"....

1959 Chevy Impala - A long time in the making:

My sweet Dad finally finished the restoration on his 1959 Chevy Impala.  He's had this car for at least 15 years and has slowly been "fixing" it up since then.  My brother owns his own car restoration business (DanGreenRestorations) and obviously was key in restoring it to the beauty it is in now.  My Dad was so excited!  He took it to the Auto Expo in Sandy Utah at the beginning of March and it won several awards. (You can also view some more pics on Facebook; http://www.facebook.com/pages/Dan-Green-Restorations/304452185004) This car is immaculate!  I'm so excited for my Dad!

Basketball Brendan Madness

Randy snapped a few good pics of Brendan playing some church ball!  (Hope Brendan doesn't mind that I'm posting them!)  Brendan is number 14 on the black team....
